A federal judge issued a preliminary injunction on Wednesday evening, temporarily blocking the Trump administration from ending the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) program for over 300,000 migrants from Haiti, El Salvador, Honduras and Sudan.

U.S. District Judge Edward Chen ruled that the program’s termination would result in “irreparable harm and great hardship” for its beneficiaries and their families. The TPS program protects migrants from countries enduring crises such as health epidemics, war or natural disasters.

The article goes on to state the following:

Chen wrote that the administration must maintain TPS from those four countries as a lawsuit challenging the program’s termination is ongoing, CNN reported.

  1. Mr Chen must be an Obama appointee. I refuse to call him a judge because he has no judgement. What about the irreparable harm caused to Americans and the USA? El Salvador has a totally corrupt government; and that’s our fault? How?

  2. Really getting sick & tired of these Federal Judges telling the President what he can & cannot do! It’s almost as if Obama never left office! By EO, Obama ILLEGALLY put DACA into place, totally going against our Immigration Laws & when Pres.Trump tried to end it, another Federal Judge stepped in & told him he couldn’t.

  3. Preparation and the most beneficial attitude may be
the key to win over strategy. She will learn not of doing things as they simply
are right, and make her feel stronger. They might often seen from afar.
