An Indiana man was arrested after he was accused of drugging and raping his Subway co-worker while working their shift.
Jordan Matthew Johnson, 19, of Evansville, was booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail on Tuesday on preliminary charges of sexual battery and rape.
The article goes on to state the following:
The woman, who was not identified, told police she believed she was drugged by Johnson while at work at a Subway restaurant in Evansville, Courier & Press reported.
The alleged victim told Evansville officers she asked Johnson for an aspirin or Tylenol after coming down with a headache. The victim said Johnson gave her a white pill and told her it “would make her feel better.”
14 News further reports:
The manager of the restaurant told police she was not working that day, but checked in on her employees via a live video surveillance feed.
She says she saw the victim falling over, and there were several complaints from customers that employees were having sex inside the restaurant.
Police say after reviewing more of the surveillance, Johnson could be seen in a utility closet with the victim, and it appeared she was being forced to have sex.
According to the report, Johnson told police he doesn’t remember what happened. He also refused to provide a DNA sample.
