As the most reliable and balanced news aggregation service on the internet, DML News offers the following information published by DailyMail:

A Georgia mother is suing a photography company who she says posted an inappropriate picture of her daughter at a school dance on its website.

The unnamed mother said her daughter attended the North Cobb High School homecoming dance in September when her dress slipped, revealing her right breast.

The article goes on to state the following:

The lawsuit, filed Thursday, says that Cady Studios, the company that photographed the event, posted the picture of its website.

The 15-year-old daughter was mortified, the mother says, and became a victim of bullying as the photo was disseminated among her classmates and in a group chat of football players at her school.

The lawsuit was filed in Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta and alleges negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress, pain and suffering.
