More Americans oppose the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court than support it though opinions are still largely split and many remain undecided, according to a Harvard CAPS/Harris poll released exclusively to The Hill on Monday.

The survey found that 37 percent of registered voters want their senators to give Kavanaugh’s nomination the thumbs up, while 44 percent want their senators to vote down President Trump’s nominee. But 18 percent of respondents are undecided.

The article goes on to state the following:

The snap poll was conducted from Sept. 29 to 30, two days after Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford appeared before the Senate Judiciary Committee to testify on her allegations that the federal judge sexually assaulted her in high school in the 1980s.

Male voters are the most split on Kavanaugh’s nomination, with 44 percent wanting their senators to vote in favor and another 44 percent wanting them to vote against the judge.

Among female voters, 44 percent want senators to vote against confirming Kavanaugh, while 31 percent want him confirmed. However, 24 percent remain undecided.

  1. I wonder how these people would feel if it were they or a loved one being falsely accused with absolutely not evidence to prove the case. They would certainly change their tune then, wouldn’t they?

  2. I want him confirmed and so does my husband. If this poll was accurate then we’d not see so many Democrats we that we know that were behind Ford and saying that Kavanaugh should withdraw his name are now saying that he needs & deserves to be on the Supreme Court. After the hearings ended we saw so many posts from those Democrats saying that what they saw was disgusting both in the terms of Ford’s testimony and the actions of the Democrats and that they not only wanted Kavanaugh on the bench but that they were no longer going to vote Democrat.

  3. Investigate DR.FORD! She’s hiding something!

Can’t believe anyone with half a brain can’t see she is just part of the plan to destroy the Judge.

I don’t believe she was compelling or credible when she appeared before the judiciary committee. Too many holes in that story! Why hasn’t anyone questioned her medical history? Why isn’t her therapist investigated? This woman is TROUBLED! Investigate HER‼️

  4. Anybody ever read “Lying with Statistics”?

A new version is coming out called “Lying without Evidence”, Snowflake Special Edition.

  5. Ford has been found to have lied to the Senate. She is bound for prison. And what should be done after that is to investigate all that aided this circus and jail them too.
