Moscow said the tyrant may visit Russia as part of an economic forum held in the far eastern city of Vladivostok in September.

The Kremlin’s invitation comes days after Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov visited North Korea. Kim is also due to meet US President Donald Trump in Singapore on June 12.

The article goes on to state the following:

Meanwhile Putin has blamed political ructions in the US for difficulties in arranging a summit with Trump.

Putin said last month the proposed summit was beset by problems and was not working out for now.

Asked by Austrian broadcaster ORF why it was taking so long to arrange, he said: ‘You have to ask our colleagues in the USA. In my view it is the consequence of the fierce domestic political contest in the United States.’
