Sen. Lindsey Graham, S.C., says it is “okay” that Meghan McCain took thinly veiled swipes at President Trump during this weekend’s memorial service for her father, Sen. John McCain.

A close friend of the late McCain, Graham explained on “Fox News Sunday” that it should be no surprise that a loving daughter should rebuke a president who often feuded with her father.

The article goes on to state the following:

“If you say something bad about Megan’s father, you will know it, she didn’t like it. So it’s okay. She’s grieving,” Graham said. He added later that the memorial was a “civic lesson” for everyone, “including President Trump.”

  1. It is a shame that all the focus wasn’t on John McCain where it should have been at HIS funeral. Seems they need to make Trump the center of everything they do, be it a funeral or an awards programs. Sad, very sad, that they have that much hate. Even sadder is the only one they are hurting are themselves.
