  1. Let’s see now. It was her choice to be a spectator at this game? Yeah, where is her personal responsibility for her own actions? This is what is wrong with stupid people like her. They want to blame everyone else for their own choices and any actions that result from those choices. The courts should do what is right and throw her case out.

  2. I’m sorry that she was injured but when you go to a golf tournament you are taking that chance. It is only common sense that a person could get seriously hurt while standing there watching a game, a golfer can’t guarantee that the ball they hit will go exactly where they want it to no matter how great a golfer they are. She flew all the way from Egypt to France to watch this so she knew what the dangers were to be a spectator at the event. I don’t think a lawsuit like this one has merit but common sense has gone the way of the Dodo so she will probably get to sue and probably win.
