REPORT: Zinke pitches US national parks as honeymoon destination for British royal couple (pictures)

Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke is pitching some of the national parks he oversees as potential honeymoon destinations for Great Britain’s Prince Harry and Meghan Markle following the couple’s wedding on Saturday.

Among the destinations on Zinke’s list: Glacier National Park in Montana, Acadia National Park in Maine and Florida’s Dry Tortugas National Park.

The article goes on to state the following:

“Congrats Prince Harry and Meghan,” Zinke tweeted. “Looking for some beautiful, adventurous and quintessentially American honeymoon spots? Check out @GlacierNPS @DryTortugasNPS @AcadiaNPS or any other of our 417 @NatlParkService parks!”

Harry and Markle, now the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, respectively, were married on Saturday at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor, England, in a ceremony that drew audiences around the world.

The couple’s honeymoon plans haven’t yet been announced.
