Rosie O’Donnell is at it again.  Still obviously baffled and upset over President Donald Trump’s win in November, O’Donnell blasted out an all-caps tweet about the President. She fantasizes about what would happen if he were to be “removed” from office.

The nonsensical tweet by the liberal former talk-show host says, “WHEN TRUMP GOES, SO DOES SESSIONS. AND GORSUCH GETS REMOVED. GARLAND SWORN IN. EVERY EO INVALIDATED. WE TAKE THE COUNTRY BACK.”

In point of fact: nothing she said is true.

Sessions would not automatically “go,” and Gorsuch would not be removed.

Trump being president has no bearing on whether Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch would remain on the Supreme Court.  His is a lifetime appointment.  And unless another president nominates him, Merrick Garland is not a contender.

Twitter users began pointing out the err of the tweet.

One user corrected O’Donnell about Gorsuch in particular, telling her it would “literally take an insurrection” to remove a sitting Supreme Court justice.  Then the user asked, “You have an Army ready?”

O’Donnell had an alarming response.

“No I do not. We have never had this kind of treasonous madness in power before. Desperate times – desperate measures.”
