A saleswoman at a fashion boutique has been attacked by a Muslim woman wearing a niqab after she saw the clerk selling Islamic headscarves in the same window as lingerie.  The event took place Friday in Berlin, Germany.

The incident took place in the Berlin district of Neukölln, known for its high population of immigrants. After the sales clerk denied the woman’s requests to have the lingerie removed, she was viciously attacked.

Police are deeming the incident to be religiously motivated but haven’t been able to identify the assailant, as she quickly fled the scene. The 40-year-old victim said she saw a tattoo on her attacker’s neck as well as blonde hair under her niqab.

Police confirmed this was the second time the woman had been in the shop to make her concerns known, previously shouting at the clerk in both German and Turkish before being asked to leave.

Police do have a lead on the suspect, however, as she left her mobile phone and a glove behind at the scene.

German locals feel incidents like this demonstrate that Islamic immigrants are foisting their “morality” on them.

One young lady who was harassed by so-called “morality police” said: “Even in a hijab, I was called a prostitute, for instance, for wearing eye makeup. And I thought: ‘Who am I trying to please?’”

Islamists have tried to standardize the policing of morality for some time. In 2014, radical Islamist preacher Sven Lau created an organization he dubbed the “Sharia Police.” Lau was later arrested and charged with helping radical Islamic terror groups in the Middle East by raising cash and supplies for them.
