Following President Donald Trump’s repeated barbs at Arnold Schwarzenegger’s failed “Apprentice” ratings, the ex-California governor retorted with a jab of his own.
In a tweet earlier today, Schwarzenegger linked to a 2006 Los Angeles Daily News article in which the 69 year-old former actor and bodybuilder publicized his tax returns.
Earlier this morning, Trump mentioned in front of reporters that Schwarzenegger had done a “really bad job” during his 8-year stint as the “Governator” of California. He also tweeted a similar message.
Firing back, Schwarzenegger tweeted an 11 year-old article referencing old tax returns.

On the campaign trail, Trump was on the exceeding end of endless stabs at his unwillingness to release his own tax returns. Trump vowed to unveil his fiscal numbers upon the conclusion of a current IRS audit.
