Second bomb discovered at another Russian subway station

The Associated Press is reporting that Russian officials have found and deactivated a bomb at a second subway location, the Ploshchad Vosstaniya station, in St. Petersburg, indicating a coordinated attack that was intended to hit multiple locations in the city Monday.

An official with Russia’s anti-terrorism committee, Andrei Przhezdomsky, made the announcement about two hours after a deadly explosion occurred which killed 10 people and wounded at least 50 others at the first subway station.
