Sessions tells FBI to open investigation into Harvey Weinstein

Harvey Weinstein’s world continues to get worse by the minute.  Tonight, it is being reported the FBI is now involved.

Earlier Wednesday it was reported that Weinstein traveled to Europe to enter rehab for sex addition.  But those reports turned out to be false.  Weinstein was in California visiting his daughter at her home.  But even that went awry.

Police were called to the home at 11:30am Wednesday after Weinstein and his daughter got into an argument.  Reportedly, Weinstein threatened to kill himself.

Police arrived on the scene shortly after Weinstein was seen flagging down a car asking for a ride.  Police later said Weinstein was not suicidal, and no arrests or charges were made

It is now being reported that the Department of Justice has instructed the FBI to open an investigation into Weinstein for alleged sex crimes.

Three women, including Actress Asia Argento and Lucia Evans, have come forward and claimed the producer raped them.

Multiple women have come forward in recent days to make claims against Weinstein after a bombshell report in the New York Times highlighted 8 instances in which the movie mogul settled out of court with women who accused him of sexual harassment.

Hillary Clinton, who was skewered this week over her silence regarding the Weinstein allegations, told CNN Wednesday that she will be donating his campaign contributions to her.  She did not say which charities will receive the money.  You can watch her interview by clicking here.

Also in the hot seat today is Ben Affleck.  The A-list actor is being ripped to shreds on social media over two videos that surfaced of him groping women.  You can see the videos by clicking here.

Weinstein’s wife announced today that she is separating from the movie mogul.  Weinstein was fired from his own company earlier in the week.
