Actor Shia Labouf was arrested early Thursday morning outside of an anti-Trump protest in New York.
The protest is recorded on a live stream camera outside the Museum of Moving Image in Queens.
Labouf and visitors either chant “he will not divide us” or simply stand in front of the camera in silence. The report says this is an idea the actor, and two others, plan to run with for the duration of President Trump’s first term.
Labouf, 30, allegedly scratched a 25-year-old man’s face and pushed him. The Hill reports he faces a misdemeanor assault charge and has since been released.
Buzzfeed reports opponents of the protest have shared both pro-trump and pro-white supremacist messages on the live stream camera in an attempt to disrupt the protest.
