According to a story published by Politico late Friday night, Joy Villa, the Trump-supporting singer who wore a “Make America Great Again” dress to the Grammy awards this year, has made a sexual misconduct allegation against President Trump’s former campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski.

Villa said the incident happened at a holiday party in November, the week after Thanksgiving, at the Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C. The invite-only event was in celebration of the president’s first year in office, and was attended by people who had been a part of the 2016 presidential race.

Another attendee of the party reached out to a Politico reporter to describe what occurred, and Villa agreed to go on record with her story.

She said someone introduced her to Lewandowski, as she had never met him. She ended up standing next to him while posing for a photo, and afterward the photo was taken, Villa said he slapped her behind.

“I’m wearing this silver suit and stretchy pants, and after the photo, he smacks my ass really hard. It was completely demeaning and shocking,” Villa stated.

“I said, ‘Watch it.’ Half-joking, I said, ‘I can report you for sexual harassment.'”

“He said, ‘Go ahead, I work in the private sector.’ Then we smacks my ass again,” Villa said, explaining that the whole thing happened so fast she didn’t really have time to collect her thoughts.

“Corey laughed in my face and ran away. It felt like it was all a big joke to him. It was the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced. It was shocking and gross,” the singer said.

Another friend of Villa’s who attended and saw the incident confirmed it, but said he wanted to remain anonymous, Politico reported.

Villa told Politico she had been enjoying herself at the party until that happened. The next morning, she discussed the incident with her friend, and he was the one who contacted Politico. Villa said she also told her husband what happened.

Villa, 31, recently announced she was setting up an exploratory committed to run for Congress.
