Cristian Sanchez, a 26-year-old former soccer referee in Milwaukee, will be deported for the third time after being charged with sexual assault of a child under the age of 16, child enticement, and refusing to aid an officer.

Court records indicate Sanchez is being housed in a federal detention center in Louisiana facing deportation.

It is reported that when Sanchez was interviewed by police after his most recent charges, he admitted to providing a false name and passport to investigators. He also disclosed that he had been deported twice before.

Sanchez is accused of having an improper relationship with a 15-year-old girl who told police he had touched her inappropriately. Initially, the girl also told police he had repeatedly asked for her number, which she eventually gave to him.

According to Fox, Sanchez told investigators he had a “loose relationship” with the young girl and admitted to touching her inappropriately.

Sanchez was refereeing a soccer game at the Milwaukee County Sports Complex when he was arrested February 5. Sanchez told investigators he could be identified with his Mexican Consular ID, bearing the name Gustavo Sanchez.

Reportedly, it didn’t take long for investigators to learn of his true identity — one which carried an outstanding warrant.
