Supermodel Gigi Hadid, 21, was leaving the Max Mara show in Milan, Italy for its infamous Fashion Week when she was grabbed by surprise from behind. The man who scooped up her as a joke was believed to be serial prankster Vitalii Sediuk. However, Hadid took it as no joke or prank.

The model lashed out and fought back at him. Her sister, Bella, yelled and screamed at the prankster: “Let her go!” After being freed from his grip, Gigi chased after Sediuk when he ran off, shouting: “Who the f*** are you, you piece of s***.” Gigi and Bella then made their way to a waiting car and quickly left, leaving behind startled and confused fans.

Hadid quickly took to Twitter after the crazy incident to defend her actions against the prankster. Stating he had no right to man handle her, the American supermodel ridicules the prankster in her post: “I am a HUMAN BEING and had EVERY RIGHT to defend myself. How dare that idiot think he has a right to man handle a complete stranger. He ran quick tho…”

Later on, Sediuk later came out saying that it was not a joke, and that he grabbed her as a protest to supermodels and their “high fashion” stances. Below are pictures provided by Daily Mail of the unfolding events when Sediuk grabbed Hadid:
