Syrian Refugees in US Rise for May; the Number of Christians Are Alarming

President Obama is determined to achieve his goal of taking in 10,000 Syrian refugees before the end of the summer.  And so there has been a push by the Obama administration to streamline the process.

That said, the number of new Syrian Refugees arriving in the US continues to rise – 499 were admitted so far during the month of May – 495 are Sunni Muslim and the other 4 just simply marked “Moslem” on their pad.  NONE of the refugees who arrived so far in May were Christian.

Last March, Secretary of State John Kerry formally declared that the atrocities and persecution against Christians and other minorities constitutes genocide.

Senator Tom Cotton admitted that only Christians and other religious minorities are the deliberate targets of this persecution.

Yet, based on the State Department chart below, overall the US has received 2,235 Syrian refugees since October 1 – while only 10 of those are Christians.
