A public school teacher in Dallas, Texas has been placed on administrative leave after being identified in a video of herself pointing a gun at an image of President Trump and yelling, “Die, die!”
The gun was a water gun, but the teacher is still in hot water over the incident.
She has been identified as Payal Modi, an art teacher at Adamson High School in Dallas. She was “shooting” at a video projection of Trump as he was walking out to give his inauguration speech.
The video was reportedly posted on Instagram on Friday, the day of Trump’s inauguration. It has been yanked off Instagram, but was uploaded to YouTube.
ABC News reported that Modi was hired by the Dallas Independent School District in August 2014. The school district stated on Thursday that she has been placed on administrative leave during their investigation into the matter.
