UK — Hate and death took hold of London on Saturday when terrorists carried out dual attacks in busy areas of the UK’s most famous city.

One attack took place on London Bridge when a white van plowed into pedestrians.  The other event included knife attacks carried out at the nearby Borough Market. Both attacks have left 7 people dead and 48 injured.    Many of the injured have life threatening injuries.

According to London police, three terrorists carried out the attacks. The men started off by using their white van to mow down pedestrians on London Bridge.  They then went to Borough Market where they got out of the van and randomly stabbed people near bars and restaurants in the area with 12-inch knifes.

All three of the terrorists were shot and killed by police.   The names of the terrorists have not yet been released, but according to eye witnesses the three men were all of “Mediterranean origin.”

Reportedly, all three terrorists were wearing hoax explosive vests.

A British Transport police officer was seriously injured in the attack. The officer was one of the first responders to the scene. He suffered injuries to his head, leg and face.  He is expected to live.

The attack comes on the heels of the UK lowering the terror threat level just two weeks after the deadly Manchester bombing.

Footage posted on Twitter by James Yates shows people in a London Bridge bar being ordered by police to get back from doors and take cover.
