A video is circulating of a disturbing and heartbreaking scene, when a little two-year-old girl tried to wake her mother from a drug overdose in a Family Dollar store.

The woman’s name has not been released, but Lawrence Police say she is 36 years old and lives in Salem, New Hampshire.

Other customers in the Family Dollar store took a video of the woman’s little girl crying, tugging on her mom, trying to wake her up, and said they called 911.

Paramedics soon arrived, and CBS Boston WBZ-TV said the woman was revived with Narcan, a drug that reverses opiate overdoses.

Drug paraphernalia was also found in the diaper bag she had with her, including baggies and straws.   She is being charged with child endangerment, and the little girl is now in custody of the Department of Children and Families.
