On Wednesday, President Trump fell below 50 percent approval in a daily Rasmussen tracking poll that he has previously cited for its accuracy.
According to the poll, 45 percent of likely voters said that they approve of Trump’s job performance so far. This is compared to 55 percent who disapprove. Of the polled voters, 43 percent said they “strongly” disapproved while just 29 percent “strongly” approved.
Trump cited the poll last week on Twitter, captioned: “Great news!”
