The media has been reporting all week that the Trump campaign has given up on the state of Virginia. Once considered a swing state, the media was awarding it to Hillary Clinton and her running mate, Senator Tim Kaine, who lives in the state. Trump has insisted this is untrue, but the media didn’t listen. It pointed out that Trump had pulled his TV ads and closed field offices throughout the state. This is done as a way of deflating the enthusiasm of Trump supporters. Thus, hoping they will not turn out on Election Day.
Well, in true Donald Trump fashion, not only has he proved the media wrong, he is going all in for the win. Here is a press release from Trump released today at 5:45pm EST.
