As President-elect Donald Trump has been interviewing potential members of his new administration this weekend, he did something Saturday evening which is being recognized as a class act.
Trump sent hot cocoa and coffee out to members of the press who were waiting outside in the cold.
The press has been stationed outside since Trump brought his transition team to the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey for the weekend, in order to hammer out details of who will fill important roles in his new administration.
Not wanting to miss the opportunity to photograph or interview every guest who arrives and departs from the club over the weekend, the press stuck it out, but it started getting cold Saturday evening.
That’s when Trump extended an act of kindness, asking if they needed anything? “Hot chocolate!” someone yelled. They got it… and a whole lot more:
