President Trump was focused on jobs and improving America’s infrastructure Tuesday, first speaking to a group of CEOs at the White House Tuesday morning.

Tuesday afternoon, the President spoke at the North America’s Building Trades Unions National Legislative Conference in Washington, D.C., saying he was happy to be back among America’s builders.

He started off by asking, “Did you ever think you’d see a President who knows how much concrete and rebar you can lay down in a single day? Believe me, I know.”

“We’re a nation of builders, and it was about time we have a builder in the White House,” he said.

“I’m not and I don’t want to be the president of the world – I’m the President of the United States, and from now on, it’s going to be America first,” Trump vowed.
