President Trump gave another shout-out Saturday afternoon to his former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon, who just left his post in the Trump administration Friday.
Soon after his departure Friday, it was announced that Bannon would be returning to his former role as executive chairman at Breitbart.
Legal experts have pointed out that, due to Bannon’s top secret clearance from his time in the White House, he will be bound by a non-disclosure agreement for life, which may be a conflict with his role in the news media.
President Trump has been complimentary of Bannon, tweeting about him earlier Saturday morning, thanking him for his service.
“Steve Bannon will be a tough and smart new voice at @BreitbartNews…maybe even better than ever before. Fake News needs the competition!” Trump tweeted Saturday afternoon.
