President Trump’s Twitter account is starting to hum again. It’s only 8:30am EST, and already we have three tweets from the president. Earlier, he tweeted two messages about his meetings at the G7 Summit and the funding of NATO. His current tweet is about climate change. The president tweeted: “I will make my final decision on the Paris Accord next week!”

The Paris Agreement (French: Accord de Paris) is an agreement within the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) dealing with greenhouse gases emissions mitigation, adaptation and finance starting in the year 2020.  President Obama spearheaded the agreement.   As a candidate, Trump said if he were elected president he would withdraw the U.S. from the agreement.
