TRUMP Tweet: DACA Feb 8, DML responds to tweet

The shutdown ended on Monday evening, and so the government is up and running at full capacity Tuesday. So too is Trump’s account on Twitter.

The president launched a tweet shortly after 8:30am Tuesday, stating that DACA will be addressed in the weeks to come, but that it may not be solved by the new deadline of Feb 8.

If a new deal is not reached by Feb 8., is very well could be that the government shuts down again.

The president tweeted the following message: “Nobody knows for sure that the Republicans & Democrats will be able to reach a deal on DACA by February 8, but everyone will be trying….with a big additional focus put on Military Strength and Border Security. The Dems have just learned that a Shutdown is not the answer!”

DML responded to the president’s tweet: “Why not tell the Dems now that DACA is not an option. In doing so you send a strong message to both your base and the losers like Schumer who care more about illegals than Americans. I say you shift the narrative back to ObamaCare. We need solutions, and fast!”
