President Trump took to Twitter Wednesday morning to thank the people of Phoenix for their part in making his rally a memorable one.
The president tweeted: “Phoenix crowd last night was amazing – a packed house. I love the Great State of Arizona. Not a fan of Jeff Flake, weak on crime & border!”
The rally in Arizona was huge. Over 19,000 people attended and many were turned away at the door, according to DML readers who took part in the event.
The president has been taking a beating from the liberal media today for his comments about them last night. Trump said the media is un-American and does not want to make America great again.
His rally speech also included tough words about Sen Flake (R) who recently wrote a book that states the GOP is in denial about Trump’s presidency. Flake’s derogatory comments haven’t set well with Trump; he has been riding Flake hard ever since the book launched.
