President Trump tweeted out an endorsement for Kris Kobach, Republican candidate for governor, on Monday.

Kobach has served as the Secretary of State in Kansas since 2011, and has fought hard against voter fraud. In 2017, he was appointed the Vice Chairman and “driving force” behind the President Trump’s Commission on Election Integrity, a commission which the president later dissolved in January 2018.

Trump tweeted:

Kris Kobach, a strong and early supporter of mine, is running for Governor of the Great State of Kansas. He is a fantastic guy who loves his State and our Country – he will be a GREAT Governor and has my full & total Endorsement! Strong on Crime, Border & Military. VOTE TUESDAY!
