Trump Tweet: Mocks Michael Moore for closed anti-Trump show


President Donald Trump admitted it might not be “presidential,”  but he shot out a post on Twitter Saturday afternoon anyway, mocking documentary filmmaker Michael Moore after reports that his anti-Trump broadway show had closed out with extremely low ticket sales.

Moore started his Trump-bashing, one-man-show on July 28. In August he led his audience on a march through the streets of Manhattan to stage a protest against President Trump at Trump Tower, after the violence in Charlottesville, Va.

It is reported that his Broadway show grossed out at about $4.2 million, and it was closed up after a 13-week run. “Can A Broadway Show Bring Down A Sitting President?” read a promotional banner about the show that was to be about Moore’s life and his views on President Trump.

“While not at all presidential I must point out that the Sloppy Michael Moore Show on Broadway was a TOTAL BOMB and was forced to close. Sad!” Trump tweeted Saturday.

Moore has posted several Twitter and Instagram comments on his show:
