President Trump returned to Twitter to pound on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi again Thursday morning, after she announced impeachment proceedings against him are moving forward.

During a press briefing after her impeachment announcement, Pelosi exploded on a reporter after he asked her if she hated President Trump.

“I don’t hate anybody. I was raised in a Catholic house, we don’t hate anybody — not anybody in the world. So don’t you accuse me of any hate,” Pelosi heatedly told the reporter.

“As a Catholic I resent you using the word ‘hate’ in a sentence that addresses me,” she added. “I pray for the president all the time. So don’t mess with me when it comes to words like that.”

President Trump responded to that incident, mocking her “nervous fit,” said he doesn’t believe she really prays for him, and reminded her that he has already appointed 182 new (conservative) judges.  He tweeted:

Nancy Pelosi just had a nervous fit. She hates that we will soon have 182 great new judges and sooo much more. Stock Market and employment records. She says she “prays for the President.” I don’t believe her, not even close. Help the homeless in your district Nancy. USMCA?

Below is Pelosi’s explosive reaction to the reporter’s question:
