Trump Tweet: North Korea nukes

President Donald J. Trump took to his Twitter account on Sunday morning to launch a 3-part tweet concerning the nuclear test conducted by North Korea earlier on Sunday.

The test resulted in rocking parts parts of the rogue nation in a way that felt like an earthquake registering at 6.3 magnitude.

The president’s 3 -part tweet was hard – hitting. When put together as one statement. The message reads:

“North Korea has conducted a major Nuclear Test. Their words and actions continue to be very hostile and dangerous to the United States…..North Korea is a rogue nation which has become a great threat and embarrassment to China, which is trying to help but with little success. South Korea is finding, as I have told them, that their talk of appeasement with North Korea will not work, they only understand one thing!”

South Korea’s president on Sunday called for the “strongest possible” response to North Korea’s latest test.

Moon Jae-in also said he wants the United Nations Security Council sanctions to “completely isolate” Pyongyang.

Trump, who is clearly losing his patience with South Korea, said on Saturday that he is talking with his top advisers about preparing a withdrawal from the U.S. free trade agreement with South Korea.

The Trump administration is considering beginning the formal withdrawal process as early as this week.

Meanwhile, on Sunday, the US military will send “sniffer” planes to the Korean Peninsula to measure the amount of radioactive particles present in the air.
