On Wednesday, President Donald J. Trump retweeted a post from Rassmussen reports which indicates a rise in Trump’s job performance approval among likely black voters.

The tweet reads: Today’s approval ratings among black voters: 36% This day last year: 19%

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Wednesday shows that 49% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Forty-nine percent (49%) disapprove.

The latest figures include 35% who Strongly Approve of the way Trump is performing and 41% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -6.

According to the report, eight years ago, former President Barack Hussein Obama had a 45% approval rating on August 15, 2010.

  1. When a president gives inner city residents opportunities to advance themselves rather than institute programs which are aimed at keeping them in the urban “Plantations”, his numbers will rise.
