President Trump blasted out a question on Twitter Monday morning, in an indirect slam at former President Obama.
Trump referenced an article published Friday in the Wall Street Journal, titled, “Where in the World was Barack Obama?”
The WSJ article referenced President Trump’s Twitter post that day, which read, “Reports are there was indeed at least one FBI representative implanted, for political purposes, into my campaign for president. It took place very early on, and long before the phony Russia Hoax became a ‘hot’ Fake News story. If true – all time biggest political scandal!”
WSJ added, “And what does the man who was serving at the time as the FBI’s ultimate boss have to say about all this?”
Further, the WSJ challenged:
Therefore let’s hear from him in detail the full history of how the government came to investigate the presidential campaign of the party out of power.
If he doesn’t know, then it would seem a public explanation is also in order—about his management, and about just how far the “deep state” went without specific presidential approval.
President Trump tweeted Monday morning, “The Wall Street Journal asks, “WHERE IN THE WORLD WAS BARACK OBAMA?” A very good question!”
