President Trump re-posted a video on his Twitter account Monday morning, which was intended to make a strong statement without even saying a word.

The video shows a brand new steel border fence being constructed along the U.S.-Mexico border. It includes some of same footage from a video shared by the Border Patrol last month, where a 26-mile bollard wall in Yuma, Arizona is currently under construction.

On Saturday, the president just cancelled a massive ICE raid, which was reportedly intended to take place on Sunday. He said it will be delayed two weeks. The raid was cancelled after specific dates and details were leaked out to the press in advance.
