President Trump tore into former CIA Director John Brennan in a Saturday morning Twitter post.

Trump had revoked Brennan’s security clearance on Wednesday. Brennan had responded by tweeting, “This action is part of a broader effort by Mr. Trump to suppress freedom of speech & punish critics. It should gravely worry all Americans, including intelligence professionals, about the cost of speaking out. My principles are worth far more than clearances. I will not relent.”

The president tweeted on Saturday:

Has anyone looked at the mistakes that John Brennan made while serving as CIA Director? He will go down as easily the WORST in history & since getting out, he has become nothing less than a loudmouth, partisan, political hack who cannot be trusted with the secrets to our country!

  1. No government employee should hold a security clearance after leaving government employment .That includes past Presidents .

  2. Well, if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, I guess it’s a duck. Mince no words.
