TRUMP TWEETS: You Can’t Change History

On Thursday morning, President Trump addressed the controversy of dozens of statues and structures across the country being torn down to devalue American history.

In an epic three-part tweet, Trump writes: “Sad to see the history and culture of our great country being ripped apart with the removal of our beautiful statues and monuments. You…..”

Part two: “…can’t change history, but you can learn from it. Robert E Lee, Stonewall Jackson – who’s next, Washington, Jefferson? So foolish! Also…”

Part three: “…the beauty that is being taken out of our cities, towns and parks will be greatly missed and never able to be comparably replaced!”

Trump’s tweets present a valid point, as cities like Baltimore and Chicago are taking action to eradicate the uniqueness of these monuments and statues.

Trump also tweeted about his busy schedule in New Jersey regarding small businesses. This comes after Trump recently dissolved his advisory councils. He wrote: “Many meetings today in Bedminster including with Secretary Linda M and Small Business. Job numbers are looking great!”
