Trump Tweets: Honors troops lost in helicopter crash

All seven military personnel aboard a U.S. military helicopter that crashed in Western Iraq on Thursday perished in the crash, according to reports.

The helicopter reportedly went down near the border of Syria.

President Trump sent out a message of condolence on Twitter Friday morning, writing:

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families and loved ones of the brave troops lost in the helicopter crash on the Iraq-Syria border yesterday. Their sacrifice in service to our country will never be forgotten.
