Trump’s new hire has said some pretty nasty things

President Trump may not have fully vetted Anthony Scaramucci before taking him on as White House communications director; if he did, he probably demanded an apology first.

A video has surfaced from 2015 of the entrepreneur and financier laying into Trump on Fox Business, calling him another “hack politician” and a “Democratic plant for Hillary Clinton and Elizabeth Warren.”

A hedge fund billionaire, Scaramucci took issue with Trump’s comments on his industry.

“The hedge fund guys are paying nothing. They’re paying nothing,” Trump had said in an interview, criticizing low tax rates for hedge funds. “These hedge fund guys, they move around papers.”

Scaramucci, in response, called him “anti-American.”

“He’s probably going to make Elizabeth Warren his vice presidential nominee with comments like that. It’s anti-American, it’s very, very divisive,” Scaramucci continued, though he would go on to serve on Trump’s White House transition team.

Scaramucci even chastised Trump’s behavior towards women, as the then candidate’s feud with Fox host Megyn Kelly was in full force.

“I don’t like the way he talks about women, I don’t like the way he talks about our friend Megyn Kelly,” Scaramucci said.

“You’re an inherited money dude from Queen’s County. Bring it, Donald, bring it,” Scaramucci said, asking: “Are you a Democratic plant for Hillary Clinton and Elizabeth Warren?”

Scaramucci’s hiring is reportedly the straw that broke the camel’s back in former press secretary Sean Spicer’s tenure at the White House.
