On Tuesday, Disney World’s ‘Hall of Presidents’ revealed the newest addition to its attraction: President Donald J. Trump. Following the much-anticipated unveiling of the animated figure, Twitter was ablaze with criticism and comparisons.
The Disney attraction features animatronic figures of past presidents telling the story of America. Trump’s figure gives a moving speech about the spirit of America and includes arm gestures reminiscent of “#45.”
The addition of President Trump took a year to complete, and many have said in that amount of time, they could have done a better job. Critics say the figure’s face, when observed closely, is a terrible representation of Trump.
Online commenters have compared the figure to everyone from actor Jon Voight to twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
