U.S. Citizen Among Four Soldiers Killed In Jerusalem Terror Attack

After a Palestinian man plowed a truck into a group of Israeli soldiers, it was determined that one of the four soldiers killed was a U.S. citizen.

Erez Orbach, 20, who also had Israeli citizenship, was exiting the bus in Jerusalem on Sunday when Fadi Qunbar jumped the curb and rammed right into him and three other soldiers. Seventeen other people were injured.

The other three soldiers killed in the attack were identified as Yael Yekutiel, 20, Shir Hajaj, 22, and Shira Tzur, 20.

According to officials, Qunbar was shot and killed at the scene.

The Israeli police have increased security in Arab neighborhoods in East Jerusalem. They ensured that there was a heavy police presence in the neighborhood where the alleged attacker lived.

Services for the four slain soldiers are scheduled to be held Monday.
