VETERAN NEEDS VA HOTLINE BUT GETS SNUBBED BY APPLE

It happened like this:
A lady submitted a link via our “submit news form.

The email arrived in my inbox.  It read:

DML: please see this, you have to share
https://www.facebook.com/matthew.shillingburg/videos/vb.1609657357/10209034166003885/?type=2&theater&notif_t=live_video&notif_id=1472238333919258

So I checked it out.  And I found a video with only 681 views.  It’s the sort of video that needs to have 6 million views.  The video is of a veteran who says his friend — who is also a veteran — tried to use his iPhone to get connected to the veterans crisis hotline.  However, SIRI (Apple’s built in communicator) said it did not understand the request.  You can see his video below. Watch it please,  But don’t stop at his video, keep scrolling down.

I tried to replicate the same process.  Unfortunately, I got the same results, but when I tried to connect with immigration services, I had no problem.  PLEASE SHARE THIS FAR AND WIDE.
