A tractor-trailer with 55 people inside was found in a San Antonio neighborhood Tuesday night, reports the San Antonio Express-News.

Authorities found the trailer in an alley on the northeast side of the city and said the people inside, including children, were unharmed except for five individuals who suffered minor injuries. The injured were taken to a hospital to be treated.

All of the occupants of the trailer, aside from the five who were hospitalized, were taken to a detention center after they were searched, according to KSAT-TV. They are all suspected of entering the country illegally, the station said.

The article goes on to state the following:

San Antonio Fire Department Chief Charles Hood told the Express-News that the people were hydrated and in air conditioning in the trailer but were hungry. So pizza was ordered and they were all fed at the scene.

Jenny Hixon from Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services told the station that RAICES will provide legal services to the individuals found inside the trailer.
