Former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino called out Sen. Jeff Flake Saturday on Fox & Friends for requesting an FBI investigation into Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

After announcing earlier on Friday that he’d support Kavanaugh’s nomination, Flake (R-Ariz.) was confronted by two female protesters in a Capitol Hill elevator.

The article goes on to state the following:

The protesters explained that they were victims of sexual assaults and began shouting at the senator because of his expected vote.

Flake went on to call for a one-week delay to allow the FBI to investigate the sexual misconduct claims against Kavanaugh.
