A friend of Brett Kavanaugh who has known the judge since high school said on Fox & Friends that Thursday’s hearing with Christine Blasey Ford was “heartbreaking.”

Ford has accused Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct, and their hours-long hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee became highly emotional at times.

The article goes on to state the following:

Missy Carr was one of the more than 60 women who signed a letter vouching for Kavanaugh’s integrity and said Saturday that she’s frustrated by what she is seeing.

“This is not the guy that we knew in high school,” she said. “He’s the last person who I would suspect to do this.”
