The man who brutally murdered two men and badly injured a third on a MAX train in Portland, Oregon Friday had just caused another outburst and threatened to stab people the night before, but had not been apprehended.

Cellphone video has surfaced from Thursday night’s rampage, where Jeremy Christian is heard threatening, “Taxation is theft, I don’t pay no taxes. I’m a true patriot. I police the police. I am about to stab some [expletive.] Call the police, I dare you!”

An incident had occured between Christian and another women who had pepper-sprayed him.

A passenger who was on the train Thursday night filmed the incident and sent the video to FOX 12.  In the video, Christian is also heard ranting about Christians, Jews and Muslims.
