Acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney drew the ire of President Trump this week when he coughed during a presidential interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos that aired Sunday.

During an intense back-and-forth with Stephanopoulos regarding his financial statements, Trump was asserting that his finances were “fantastic” when someone off-camera interrupted him with a cough. Stephanopoulos indicated that the cougher was, in fact, Trump’s chief of staff, Mulvaney.

Remember the story you told on the campaign of the kind woman with the snake?? Seems like you’ve let this particular snake into the White House and no good will come of it.
