On a visit to Germany, Vice President Mike Pence and his family canvassed the remains of the notorious Dachau concentration camp.
A site to carry out Hitler’s “Final Solution”, Dachau housed around 200,000 people during its existence, becoming the resting place for upwards of 40,000. United States troops exposed the camp in 1945.

In his first trip abroad, Pence discussed matter with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and other global officials at the Munich Security Conference on Saturday.
