I had it all planned. I’d make a film about the reasons why Americans needed to vote for Trump instead of Hillary, and I’d release the film prior to the election. Surely it would do great online.
I had lined up interviews with Dr. Ben Carson, former Trump employees, Dick Morris, and Democratic strategists who favored Trump. Plus, I had collected a long list of video clips from events I attended around the country. To bring it all together, I had signed a deal with Newsmax to use 20-minutes of footage and interviews from my TV show that aired each night on the network.
Around the same time I was putting together the film’s finishing touches, Newsmax terminated my contract after I revealed on LIVE television that the CEO of Newsmax sent me a notice indicating he would be censoring the topics I covered on my show each night. I received this notice the night after I first reported on the murder of DNC staffer, Seth Rich. I suggested Rich may have been killed because of his access to sensitive data and emails at the DNC.
It’s important to note that the CEO, Chris Ruddy, had written emails back and forth with John Podesta which would later be released via WikiLeaks. Ruddy also donated a reported $1 million to the Clinton Foundation.
Not long after I was pulled off air, I received another letter stating Newsmax would get an injunction against me if I used their footage in my film despite our written agreement. Fearing I’d be victimized by a liberal NYC judge, I decided to kill the film. I lost an incredible amount of money, time, and opportunity. Thankfully, we won the election.
At 48 years old, I’ve come to learn that everything happens for a reason. Although my losses from Newsmax continue to mount on a daily basis, there is an opportunity to create an even better film just in time to combat the anti-Trump documentary being made by Michael Moore. His film is slated for later this year.
Perhaps a pro-Trump film, done correctly, can cut through the haze of media bias and show the American people how the media is falsifying information about this administration, and causing Americans to suffer as a result.
I want your input. Tell me and my team what you think needs to be included in the film. We start production tomorrow, June 5. We plan to release the film in theaters.
